Clark has a long history in international business, starting way back in the travel agency business many years ago. From there, Clark started his own foreign exchange business which served customers throughout the USA and Canada for 15 years, before eventually being sold to a European foreign exchange company. During that time, he started CEI which has since become a worldwide organization, with a great reputation in the VAT/GST industry. Clark is also Chairman of the Board of Trancentrix, Inc., a world leader in high-tech e-payment solutions.

Lynda Ballard, Manager – Europe

Lynda is based in England, and is truly one of the most experienced VAT/GST professionals in the world today. Her 22 year career in the industry virtually parallels the introduction and spread of VAT/GST reclaim around the world, and we are very proud to have her to manage our European operations and our worldwide processing.

Nancy Eide, Vice President Sales, North America

Nancy brought her wealth of business experience and talent to her brother’s company a few years ago and things have been booming ever since. Georges Sayag, Manager France

Georges has that certain “Je ne sais quoi” that has endeared him to many clients in “La Belle France”. He knows the law and is very creative in applying it to the business situations he encounters in France. Sabina Rowe - Sales Manager Sabina joined CEI earlier this year, and brings with her sales experience in related industries in Australia and the UK.
